Privacy policy
We process the bare minimum of data, only to run this site and to tell you when LiberUnda launches. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.
Data controller: Christophe Nutoni EI (Instinct Créatif Communication), 33 rue de la Krutenau, 67000 Strasbourg, France, contact@liberunda.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer; any question about your data goes to this address.
1. Waiting list
Data collected: first name, last name, email address; if you tick the optional box, the playout software you use today and the country your request comes from (derived from your IP address at sign-up); the date of your sign-up and a record of the consents you gave (date, text version, language).
Purposes and legal bases: to email you when LiberUnda Pro launches, based on your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR, first box); to understand which playout software is in use, so as to decide which import tools to build first, based on your consent (second, optional box).
The waiting list creates no commitment on either side: we guarantee no launch date, availability or price. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time.
Retention: your entry is kept until LiberUnda Pro launches and for at most 12 months afterwards. If Pro has not launched within 24 months of your sign-up, your entry is deleted at that date. In no case is your data kept more than 24 months after your sign-up. Every email we send you includes an unsubscribe link.
2. Your emails
When you write to contact@liberunda.com, we process your email address, your name if you give it, the content of your message and our replies, to answer you and follow up (article 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). They are kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
3. Technical data
Like any website, ours generates technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), processed by our host Cloudflare to serve the pages and protect the site against attacks and abuse (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f GDPR). We keep no separate copy of these logs and never use them to profile or track you. Only the country derived from your IP is kept, with your waiting-list entry, if you ticked the optional box.
4. Service providers and transfers outside the EU
Your data is accessible only to our service providers, acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, waiting-list storage, email routing, security;
- Google LLC (United States): our mailbox, where the emails you send us are received and processed.
These transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are certified under it. You can ask us for more information or a copy of the applicable safeguards at contact@liberunda.com.
When you buy a LiberUnda Pro licence, our merchant of record acts as an independent data controller for the order, invoicing and payment; its own terms of sale and privacy policy apply to that transaction. We never receive your card details.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object (for processing based on our legitimate interest), to portability (for processing based on your consent) and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to contact@liberunda.com. You may also give us instructions about what happens to your data after your death (article 85 of the French Data Protection Act).
We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects for you. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
6. Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies and uses no non-essential trackers: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social media buttons, no third-party embedded content. Fonts, images and the demo video are served from our own site. No consent banner is displayed because there is nothing to consent to; if we ever add a tool that requires consent, we will ask for it before collecting any data (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks: encrypted connections (HTTPS), storage limited to what is necessary, restricted access to the mailbox, no prospecting database. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, you would be informed in accordance with article 34 GDPR.
Intellectual property, licences and content
1. The LiberUnda core: free software
The LiberUnda core is free software distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only). You may use, study, modify and redistribute it under the terms of that licence. Its complete source code will be published with the first public release, at the same place as the download (see the Download page), and is reachable from the “Source code” link shown in the application, as required by section 13 of the AGPL. The full licence text is in the LICENSE file supplied with the software. Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, the LiberUnda core is provided without any warranty, as stated in sections 15 and 16 of the AGPL.
2. LiberUnda Pro
LiberUnda Pro consists of programs separate from the core, distributed under a proprietary licence. They are not an extension of the core and are not covered by the AGPL. The Pro licence terms are presented before any purchase, and buying means accepting them.
3. Third-party components
LiberUnda includes free software components developed by third parties and distributed under their own licences (including MIT, BSD, Apache-2.0 and MPL-2.0). Their copyright notices and licence texts are reproduced in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file supplied with the software. Nothing on this page changes the rights those licences give you.
4. Name and copyright
“LiberUnda” is a distinctive sign used by Christophe Nutoni. Christophe Nutoni holds the copyright in the LiberUnda logo, the visual identity, the texts of this site and the application interface (© 2026 Christophe Nutoni).
5. Site and demo content
The texts, visual identity, mockups and interface shown on this site are protected by copyright. The content shown in the screens and the demo is fictional: stations, programmes, artists, titles and figures are invented and refer to no real radio station or organisation. Illustration photos and video: Pexels (Pexels licence, free use, no attribution required). The demo contains no music. Fonts: Instrument Sans and JetBrains Mono, self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Sale of Pro licences
LiberUnda Pro licences will be sold through a merchant of record, whose name and terms will be shown before you pay. The merchant of record acts as the seller: it issues the invoice, collects the payment and handles the VAT due on the transaction. Its terms of sale and privacy policy apply to the order; the LiberUnda Pro licence agreement (EULA) is concluded between you and Christophe Nutoni and is presented before purchase.
Indicative prices for France: €449 excl. VAT per station (€538.80 incl. 20% VAT); €349 excl. VAT launch price for the waiting list (€418.80 incl. VAT); €299 excl. VAT for associations (€358.80 incl. VAT). In other countries, the buyer’s VAT applies and the amount is shown at checkout. No sale is concluded on this site until the merchant of record is in place.
